Pastoral Care

At Ashtree Primary, the well-being and safety of our children are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring that our pupils are happy both in school and beyond, helping them grow into confident and resilient young individuals.

We offer a wide range of activities designed to make each school day exciting and purposeful. From reading with younger peers and joining lunchtime sports clubs to performing in assemblies, we provide opportunities that enrich children's lives and bring joy to their everyday experiences.

We place great value on building strong, positive relationships. Every child is supported by a dedicated form teacher who oversees their well-being and acts as the key link between school and home. Our form teachers take the time to get to know each child personally, understand their interests, and build strong connections with families. Alongside their form teacher, children also interact with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff, ensuring they always have someone to turn to for guidance or support.

Our staff are trained to provide focused support whenever it's needed. We believe that with the right care, every child can flourish and feel a sense of belonging within our school community.
